Dominate your farm area without the 6 hours of work.
Pick up to 3 neighborhoods you want to own. Every month you get a branded PDF, email blast, Instagram carousel, and single-page website for each — pulled from fresh comps, inventory, and trend data. Position yourself as the local expert without the manual research grind.
Farming a neighborhood works. Doing it manually doesn’t scale.
Pulling comps, summarizing trends, formatting a PDF, and pushing it across email, social, and web takes 4–6 hours per neighborhood per month. If you’re farming 3 neighborhoods, that’s 12–18 hours a month of work nobody pays you for — but skipping it means you’re not the local expert, which means you’re not the agent the seller calls when they’re ready to list.
Every detail considered.

We clean the data. We find the narratives. We make it shareable.
MLS data is notoriously messy. Missing comps, duplicates, data entry errors that skew market statistics. Every month, we filter, clean, and validate the raw MLS data for your farming areas before it goes into your report. We cross-reference sold prices, verify days-on-market calculations against official close dates, and flag outliers that might distort your narrative. That's labor every month, and it's what separates a credible market snapshot from a marketing fluff piece.
We design your report in your brand—not a template plug. Every month we ensure consistent visual hierarchy, typography that reflects your positioning, and imagery that reinforces your local authority. Quarterly, we refresh the design so your reports never look like they're from 2022. When you send a market report to a prospect, they should see your brand and your expertise, not a generic boilerplate with your name inserted.
"The narrative matters more than the numbers. We identify what's actually moving the market and lead with that."
We run trend analysis every month. We don't just dump data; we identify the 1–2 stories that matter: price compression, a spike in days-on-market, a sudden wave of investor activity, or unusual inventory swings. We highlight those trends in the report so your readers engage with the actionable insights, not just raw metrics. That analysis is what converts a recipient from passive observer to active contact.
We manage your subscriber list deliverability. DKIM/SPF/DMARC signing ensures your reports land in inboxes, not spam folders. We monitor sender reputation and adjust sending patterns if needed. We honor unsubscribes within one hour. We track open rates, click-through rates, and engagement patterns so you know which neighborhoods generate the most interest. That data compounds over time—soon you know exactly which neighborhoods your market responds to.
From start to finished.
A clean, low-friction process. Most steps take minutes; we do the heavy lifting in the background.

Become the agent the neighborhood asks first.
Farming works because over time, sellers in a neighborhood know which agent is paying attention — whose name is on the market report sitting on the kitchen counter, whose Instagram has the local sale data, whose email arrives on the first of every month. This system is the cheapest way to be that agent.
Transparent. Right-sized.

Common questions.
How accurate is the data?
Pulled from MLS + public records monthly. Same sources you’d use manually — just faster. Any anomalies are flagged for you to review before publish.
Can I edit the report before it goes out?
Yes. Every asset has an edit mode. The default is good, but if you want to add a personal note on the month’s trends, you have 48 hours to edit before auto-ship.
What if I farm a niche neighborhood without much MLS data?
We handle that on the onboarding call — niche neighborhoods often get wrapped into a parent area with a filter, so you still get meaningful data.
Own your farm, automatically.
